Winemaker's Select Club
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Sign up with a one-time only $10 fee
  • Club options: Sweet, Dry, or Mixed
  • 2 shipments a year — one in April, the other in October
  • Shipments include: 6 bottles of wine, an e-newsletter including tasting notes from our winemaking team.
  • Our winemaker will make a signature sweet and a signature dry wine for each club shipment
    • Sweet club members receive 2 bottles of the signature sweet wine
    • Dry club members receive 2 bottles of the signature dry wine
    • Mix club members receive 1 bottle of each signature wine
  • Members will select 4 bottles per shipment themselves. These wines can be from any winery on the Rocky Top Wine Trail as well as Sugarland Cellars and Little Bear Winery.
    • Wine selections must be made online through your Wine Club profile
    • Seasonal wines may not be available
    • If a member chooses not to select their 4 bottles, the Wine Club team will select all 6 bottles for each shipment, based on which club they’ve chosen (Sweet, Dry, or Mixed)
    • All selections must be made by March 15th for the April shipment, and by September 15th for the October shipment
  • The Winemaker’s Select Wine Club is a set price of $109.99 (shipping included)
    • Tax will be added to shipments where applicable
    • Members picking up their shipments will be charged tax, but will not be charged for shipping
    • All members will be charged before your shipment goes out
  • Members have 30 days to reorder the new signature wines at a 30% discount.
    • The new signature wines will not be sold to the public until members have had 30 days to reorder
    • Online orders must be in increments of 6, but not all 6 bottles have to be the signature wines.

  • Members will receive four shipments a year: February, May, August, and November.
  • Shipments include 12 bottles of wine and a newsletter
  • Members select all 12 bottles of wine in each shipment
    • Wine can be mixed and matched from all the wineries along the Rocky Top Wine Trail as well as Sugarland Cellars and Little Bear Winery
    • All 12 wines may be different or the same
    • Wine selections must be made online through the Wine Club profile
    • Seasonal wines may not be available
    • If a member chooses not to select their wines, the Wine Club will select all 12 bottles for the shipment
    • All selections must be done before the 1st of the month that shipments are sent out (January 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and October 31st)
  • There is no set price for the Quarterly Case Club
    • The total price will be 50% off the retail price of the wine + shipping.
    • The price for each wine is listed online
    • Shipping is based on the member’s address, and are shipped via FedEx
    • Tax will be added to shipments where applicable
    • Members picking up their shipment will be charged tax, but will not be charged shipping
    • The average price per shipment is around $150
    • Every member will be charged on the 1st of the month the shipments are being sent (Feb 1st, May 1st, Aug 1st, and Nov 1st)

  • Members will receive 6 shipments a year, one every other month
  • Each 3 pack shipment comes to you with free shipping
  • Shipments include 3 bottles of wine and/or cider, (your choice) with free shipping
  • You choose from any wines that are available at the time of shipment (including seasonal wines)
  • Price is variable and is the retail price of the wines selected.
    • Shipping is free for each monthly shipment
    • Tax will be added to shipments where applicable
    • All members will be charged on or around the 15th of every month
